meet your ny cake stylist, anita davison

Born in Slovenia and raised in Australia, Anita spent many years training as a young athlete, participating in beach volleyball at high level events. Her love of travel took her to Europe where she travelled and worked extensively and ultimately settled in Sydney Australia to focus on her career. 

Anita's varied experience encompasses recruitment, fitness and wellbeing, finance and her own event planning business – Soiree Lavish Events. 

After another move to Manhattan in 2013 with her young family, Anita has realised her dream of opening her own unique cake business – NY Cake Stylist. The business has grown organically and after yet another move, this time to Winchester, Massachusetts, she loves creating custom cakes more than ever.

Throughout her travels and career, Anita has always become known for creating beautiful events and meaningful moments. This is further refined down to creating beautiful cakes – her real passion/obsession – now parlayed into an elegant business for those who appreciate an edible work of art.
